用蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫纯培养虫株和超声粉碎可溶性虫体部分作为抗原,采用ELISA方法检测人体感染蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫血清免疫抗体并讨论其寄生虫学诊断价值.检测65份成人贾第虫病血清,其中55份IgG和/或IgA阳性,阳性率84.62%.20份10岁以下儿童贾第虫病人血清无1份阳性.结果提示蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫感染产生的体液免疫反应存在有年龄依赖性,酶联免疫吸附试验用于蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫病免疫诊断具有局限性.
用藍氏賈第鞭毛蟲純培養蟲株和超聲粉碎可溶性蟲體部分作為抗原,採用ELISA方法檢測人體感染藍氏賈第鞭毛蟲血清免疫抗體併討論其寄生蟲學診斷價值.檢測65份成人賈第蟲病血清,其中55份IgG和/或IgA暘性,暘性率84.62%.20份10歲以下兒童賈第蟲病人血清無1份暘性.結果提示藍氏賈第鞭毛蟲感染產生的體液免疫反應存在有年齡依賴性,酶聯免疫吸附試驗用于藍氏賈第鞭毛蟲病免疫診斷具有跼限性.
용람씨가제편모충순배양충주화초성분쇄가용성충체부분작위항원,채용ELISA방법검측인체감염람씨가제편모충혈청면역항체병토론기기생충학진단개치.검측65빈성인가제충병혈청,기중55빈IgG화/혹IgA양성,양성솔84.62%.20빈10세이하인동가제충병인혈청무1빈양성.결과제시람씨가제편모충감염산생적체액면역반응존재유년령의뢰성,매련면역흡부시험용우람씨가제편모충병면역진단구유국한성.
85 sera from the residents with Giardia lamblia infections in Hubei province were investigated for the presence of anti-G. lamblia antibodies, using an ELISA with intact as well as sonicated trophozoites as antigen. The sera of twenty nine healthy adults were used as a control group. The humoral immune response was found to be age dependent. In the sera from patients below the age of 10 years, little significant antibodies were found. In adults, circulating IgG antibody was detected in 53.85%(35/65) of the sera and IgA antibody in 30.77%(20/65). Antibodies of either IgG or IgA classes were detected in 84.62% (55/65) of the sera from adults. Humoral IgG and IgA response occurred independently. The results show that the ELISA technique has limited value for diagnosis of giardiasis.
