针对风电塔筒制造的工艺特点,采用了系统布置设计法(SLP)对某风电塔筒厂区进行设施布置.首先对厂区进行了物流和非物流关系分析,绘制了厂区的作业单位位置相关图和作业单位面积相关图.然后通过进一步地修正和调整,得到两套可行的布置方案,采用加权因素法确定了厂区的最佳总平面布置方案.并验证了SLP法在风电塔筒厂区布置设计中的应用效果.

According to the manufacturing process of wind turbine tower, Systematic Layout Planning(SLP) is applied in the facility layout of a wind turbine tower manufacturing plant.Based on the analysis of material and non-material flow interrelaton of the plant, the operation unit location correlation diagram and operation unit area correlation diagram are mapped out.Through further amendment and adjustment, two feasible layout plans are got.The best layout plan of the plant is obtained by using the weighted factor method.Then the application effect of SLP is verified in the wind turbine tower manufacturing plant.
