将氧化铁、磷酸二氢铵、碳酸锂混合,在高温条件下热处理形成熔融液,淬冷、干燥、研磨制得锂铁磷酸盐玻璃粉末,将锂铁磷酸玻璃粉末与柠檬按一定质量比混合,在氮气气氛条件下热处理制取磷酸铁锂,考察热处理时间对晶体的影响。利用X-射线衍射仪、扫描电子皿微镜分析样品物相成分、晶体微观结构、晶体粒径分布。根据分析结果显示LiFePO4的结晶度、粒径与热处理时间成正比。
將氧化鐵、燐痠二氫銨、碳痠鋰混閤,在高溫條件下熱處理形成鎔融液,淬冷、榦燥、研磨製得鋰鐵燐痠鹽玻璃粉末,將鋰鐵燐痠玻璃粉末與檸檬按一定質量比混閤,在氮氣氣氛條件下熱處理製取燐痠鐵鋰,攷察熱處理時間對晶體的影響。利用X-射線衍射儀、掃描電子皿微鏡分析樣品物相成分、晶體微觀結構、晶體粒徑分佈。根據分析結果顯示LiFePO4的結晶度、粒徑與熱處理時間成正比。

Heat treat mixtures of ferric oxide, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, lithium carbonate at high temperature to form melts, and then glass is prepared by quenching melts. Lithium iron phosphate glass powers are obtained by desiccating, pulverizing glass. Glass powers mixed with citric acid on the basis of mass ratio are heat treated under nitrogen condition to prepare lithium iron phosphate and the effect of heat treat time on the crystallinity of LiFePO4 is researched. XRD, SEM are chose to analyze composition of samples, morphology and particle distribution of crystallinity, the result is that crystallinity, particle distribution is proportional to heat treat time according to analyze and test.
