B细胞经典的作用是产生抗体.此外,B细胞还可以作为抗原提呈细胞发挥加工呈递抗原作用.然而研究表明B细胞中也存在一类在免疫应答中起到负性调节作用的B细胞,它们的缺乏或者减少会引起一些自身免疫性疾病与过敏性疾病的加重.基于近些年来调节性B细胞与过敏性疾病的研究,因此有必要对调节性B细胞的生物学特性、功能和与过敏性疾病的关系进行总体的阐述和概括.

B cell is believed to be characterized by producing antibody.Besides,B cell could act as the professional antigen-presenting cell to process and present antigen to T cell.However,long period of research shows that there is a subset of B cell which can negatively regulate immune responses,and the absence or loss of these B cell may exacerbate autoimmune diseases and allergic diseases.Because of the increasing studies between regulatory B cell and allergic diseases in recent years,it is really required to summarize the biological properties,function of regulatory B cell and elucidate the relationship between regulatory B cell and allergic diseases.
