目的探讨非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术(OPCAB)的临床应用价值. 方法对25例冠心病患者采用前胸正中切口,应用OCTOPUS局部心肌固定器,非体外循环、心脏不停跳状态下实施冠状动脉搭桥术,搭桥2～4根. 结果无手术死亡,无一例中转体外循环,ICU观察2～3天.术后随访半年至四年,所有患者心绞痛症状消失,活动量增加. 结论 OPCAB安全、经济、有效,尤其适用于多支血管病变.

Objective To explore the clinical value of the"off-pump"coronary artery bypass grafting(OP-CAB)Methods 25 cases with coronary heart disease received off-pump beating heart coronary artery bypass grafting.Using the Medtronic Octopusil stabilizer,bypass 2～4.Results There was no operative mortality.no cases of transfer pump,2 to 3 days in ICU and discharged an average of 14 days after the operation.Postoperative follow-up six months to four years,Angina symptoms disappeared and activity increased in all patients.Conclusion Off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting is a safe,effective and economical technique,especially for multi-vessel disease.
