目的 考察不同厂家(分别以代码A、B、C、D、E和F表示)生产的复方鱼腥草片的体外溶出度,为临床的选用提供参考.方法 采用转篮法进行体外溶出度试验,以紫外分光光度法测定复方鱼腥草片的累积溶出度,并对不同厂家的复方鱼腥草片的体外溶出度进行多重比较.结果 6个不同厂家的复方鱼腥草片体外溶出度有显著性差异(P<0.05).只有厂家B和E无显著性差异.结论 有必要对各个厂家的溶出度进行检测,以确保临床疗效.
目的 攷察不同廠傢(分彆以代碼A、B、C、D、E和F錶示)生產的複方魚腥草片的體外溶齣度,為臨床的選用提供參攷.方法 採用轉籃法進行體外溶齣度試驗,以紫外分光光度法測定複方魚腥草片的纍積溶齣度,併對不同廠傢的複方魚腥草片的體外溶齣度進行多重比較.結果 6箇不同廠傢的複方魚腥草片體外溶齣度有顯著性差異(P<0.05).隻有廠傢B和E無顯著性差異.結論 有必要對各箇廠傢的溶齣度進行檢測,以確保臨床療效.
목적 고찰불동엄가(분별이대마A、B、C、D、E화F표시)생산적복방어성초편적체외용출도,위림상적선용제공삼고.방법 채용전람법진행체외용출도시험,이자외분광광도법측정복방어성초편적루적용출도,병대불동엄가적복방어성초편적체외용출도진행다중비교.결과 6개불동엄가적복방어성초편체외용출도유현저성차이(P<0.05).지유엄가B화E무현저성차이.결론 유필요대각개엄가적용출도진행검측,이학보림상료효.
Objective The invitro dissolution of Fufangyuxingcao tablets from six different manufacturers (coded as A, B, C, D, E and F respectively) was determined. Methods The dissolution tests were carried out by basket-rotating method. The cumulative dissolution of Fufangyuxingcao tablets was deter-mined by UV spectrophotometry and multiple-compared from different manufacturers. Results Six rnanufacturers differed significantly each other in their disso-iution(P < 0.05), except between B and D (P> 0.05) . Conclusion It is suggested that the dissolubility of tablets from different manufactures should be tested to control the quanlity and ensure the clinical effect.
