[目的]研究直立型川麦冬优良新品系的生物学性状与块根产量相关性变化规律,为麦冬规范化生产提供科学依据.[方法]随机选取一般的直立型川麦冬植株序列15窝,测定植株高度、植株冠幅、总叶片数、分蘖数、块根数等生物学性状X_i和鲜块根总产量Y,用SPSS软件进行相关回归分析.[结果]川麦冬新品系的植株生物学性状对块根产量均有极显著的影响(P<0.001);其变化规律为:Y=-2.662 1+0.538 1X_1+0.205 3X_2+0.005 1X_4+0.783 1X_5+0.292 9X_6,影响程度分别为块根数>分蘖数>株高>冠幅>叶片数.[结论]促进麦冬块根数量增多膨大和增加植株分蘖、培育合理的植株构型是麦冬GAP可持续高产的有效措施.

[Objective] The paper aimed to study the relevant changes of erect type Ophiopogon jaonicus's biological traits and root production, which provided a scientific basis for its standardized production. [Method] 15 sequence erect type Ophiopogon jaonicus was selected randomly, biological characteristics X_i and total yield of fresh root Y such as plant height, plant canopy, total leaf number, tillering number, root number were measured, SPSS software was used to carry out the relevant regression analysis. [Result ] The biological characteristics of Ophiopogon yield had significant impacts on root production (P<0.001); its regularity was:Y=-2.662 1+0.538 1X_1+0.205 3X_2+0.005 1X_4+0.783 1X_5+0.292 9X_6, the degree of impact was: the number of Root> tillering number> plant height> plant canopy>leaf number. [Conclusion] The Ophiopogon root's enlargement and increase, the plant growth, tillering of plants were promoted and cultivated reasonable plant configuration were the effective measures to maintain the high yield of Ophiopogon jaonicus GAP.
