利用植物油基环氧油酸丁酯(EBO)为原料,合成功能性高分子单体丙烯酸油酸丁酯(ABO).通过红外光谱和核磁共振图谱研究表明,ABO分子中具有明显的丙烯酸基的特征吸收峰.示差扫描量热仪测试ABO的玻璃化温度(Tg)为-84.5℃.适合ABO加成反应的催化剂为N,N二甲基苯胺.通过ABO和甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体聚合,制备出低粘、无残留的压敏胶.

A novel monomer acrylate methyl oleate(ABO)capable of forming high molecular weight polymers was synthesized from a plant oil-based epoxidized methyl oleate(EBO), The analyses and characterization of ABO carried out with FTIR and ~1H-NMR spectrum exhibied that the acrylic acid group was in ABO. The DSC showed that the glass-transi-tion temperature (Tg) of ABO was -84.5℃. The influences of the initiators reaction time were investigated that N, N-dimethylaniline was a suitable catalyst synthesized ABO. It was found that the pressure sensitive adhesive made from co-polymer of ABO and methacrylate methyl ester could be low tack and strippable performance.
