目的 检测BALB/c小鼠感染猪附红细胞体后外周血中干扰素-γ(INF-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的变化.方法 用猪附红细胞体阳性血感染BALB/c小鼠3d、5d、7d后, ELISA方法检测小鼠外周血中INF-γ、IL-4水平变化.结果 小鼠感染猪附红细胞体后第3d,外周血中INF-γ水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而IL-4水平高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);第5d,小鼠外周血中INF-γ水平低于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),而IL-4水平高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);第7d,小鼠外周血中INF-γ和IL-4水平与对照组相比无差异(P>0.05).结论 小鼠感染猪附红细胞体早期即可出现INF-γ水平降低,IL-4水平升高的现象,可作为附红细胞体病临床诊断的辅助检测指标,为附红细胞体病的血清学和免疫学研究提供理论基础.

목적 검측BALB/c소서감염저부홍세포체후외주혈중간우소-γ(INF-γ)、백세포개소-4(IL-4)적변화.방법 용저부홍세포체양성혈감염BALB/c소서3d、5d、7d후, ELISA방법검측소서외주혈중INF-γ、IL-4수평변화.결과 소서감염저부홍세포체후제3d,외주혈중INF-γ수평저우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),이IL-4수평고우대조조,차이유고도통계학의의(P<0.01);제5d,소서외주혈중INF-γ수평저우대조조,차이유고도통계학의의(P<0.01),이IL-4수평고우대조조,차이유고도통계학의의(P<0.01);제7d,소서외주혈중INF-γ화IL-4수평여대조조상비무차이(P>0.05).결론 소서감염저부홍세포체조기즉가출현INF-γ수평강저,IL-4수평승고적현상,가작위부홍세포체병림상진단적보조검측지표,위부홍세포체병적혈청학화면역학연구제공이론기출.
The changes in the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in peripheral blood of mice infected with Mycoplasma suis were investigated in the present study, in which BALB/c mice were infected with Mycoplasma suis and the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in peripheral blood of mice were determined by means of ELISA assay 3, 5 and 7 days after infection. The results showed that the lower level of IFN-γ and higher level of IL-4 could be demonstrated 3 and 5 days after infection in comparison with those of the control groups respectively(P<0.05, P<0.01), but there was no significant difference in the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 after 7 days of infection (P>0.05) . It is evident from this result that determination of the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in peripheral blood of mice may constitute an additional sero-diagnostic index to infection with M.suis and provide the experimental data for the studies in the serology and immunology of this infection.
