采用新型恒界面池法进行了磷酸体系中用P204萃取La(Ⅲ),Sm(Ⅲ)和Y(Ⅲ)的动力学研究,考察了搅拌速度、温度、比界面积、磷酸浓度及萃取剂浓度等因素对萃取速率的影响.结果表明:磷酸体系中用P204萃取La(Ⅲ),Sm(Ⅲ)和Y(Ⅲ)的表观活化能E_a分别为27.0,22.2和21.1 kJ·mol~(-1),在体相P204浓度大于在液一液界面饱和吸附时的最低浓度C_(min)时,其在界面已达到吸附饱和,反应的主通道由界面变为体相,在该体系下P204萃取La(Ⅲ),Sm(Ⅲ)和Y(Ⅲ)反应为体相化学反应和扩散反应混合控制.
採用新型恆界麵池法進行瞭燐痠體繫中用P204萃取La(Ⅲ),Sm(Ⅲ)和Y(Ⅲ)的動力學研究,攷察瞭攪拌速度、溫度、比界麵積、燐痠濃度及萃取劑濃度等因素對萃取速率的影響.結果錶明:燐痠體繫中用P204萃取La(Ⅲ),Sm(Ⅲ)和Y(Ⅲ)的錶觀活化能E_a分彆為27.0,22.2和21.1 kJ·mol~(-1),在體相P204濃度大于在液一液界麵飽和吸附時的最低濃度C_(min)時,其在界麵已達到吸附飽和,反應的主通道由界麵變為體相,在該體繫下P204萃取La(Ⅲ),Sm(Ⅲ)和Y(Ⅲ)反應為體相化學反應和擴散反應混閤控製.

The extraction kinetics of lanthanum, sa-marium and yttrium by P204 from phosphoric acid were investigated using a novel quiescent interface extraction cell with laminar flow. The effects of stirring speed, temperature, specific interface, phosphoric acid con-centration and extraction concentration were studied. The results indicated that the extraction apparent acti-vation energy of lanthanum, samarium and yttrium was calculated to be 27.0, 22.2 and 21.1 kJ·mol~(-1), re-spectively. The reaction channels turned from inter-face to bulk phase when the concentration of P204 ex-ceeded its minimum concentration of interface adsorp-tion saturation. And the extraction process might be controlled by a mixed mechanism of diffusion and chemical reaction.
