年运行方式编制是电网运行管理部门每年都要开展的常态工作.文中设计开发的电网年度运行方式自动优化计算与报告生成系统,建立了灵活、易维护的管理数据库,实现了统一的运行方式数据平台;基于网络的多用户、分布式并行计算平台,实现了计算资源的动态优化分配,解决了年度方式海量计算任务;实现了自动计算和报告辅助编写功能,能够按年度方式计算流程,自动计算并输出年度运行方式报告内容.介绍了系统的结构、功能、关键技术.该系统进一步规范了电网年度方式编制和分析计算工作.

To increase the efficiency of planning the annual operation mode, an automatic computation and report generation system for the annual power grid operation mode is designed and implemented. By developing the database, the unified data platform of the operation mode is realized. Based on dynamic optimal allocation hardware, the multi-user and distributed parallel computation is adopted to do the huge computation of annual operation mode analysis. The functions of automatic computation according to workflow and report generation are performed. The structure, functions and key technologies are described. The application shows that the system can standardize the work of planning and analyze the annual power grid operation mode, thus improving the efficiency of power grid analysis.
