针对某直升机检查指令的播报需求，利用软硬件结合的方式，设计了以单片机为核心，并扩展BA高保真放音模块和显示控制模块的硬件电路，编制了软件流程，完成了系统的集成与调试，实现了对直升机检查指令进行语音播报和文字同步显示的功能。弥补了以往人工传达指令时存在的易引起误解和项目遗漏等问题。应用结果表明，该设备具有智能化程度高、扩展性强等特点，通过更新指令信息，可广泛推广应用于各型直升机和运输机。

According to broadcast requirement of some helicopter inspecting repertoire,The hardware is designed through expanding BA playback module and Display-Control module based on SCM and software flow chart is advanced through combining hardware and software. The integration and debugging of the system is finished. Helicopter inspecting repertoire can be broadcasted in mandarin and displayed in Chinese synchronizing. It solved mistake and pretermission of the inspecting repertoire read by man.The result in practice proves this equipment has many characteristic,such as intelligence,better expansibility, and so on.It can be extended to all kinds of helicopter and aerotransport.
