目的 观察非常规动静脉内瘘在维持性血液透析患者中的临床应用效果.方法 回 顾性分析60例血液透析患者应用非常规动静脉内瘘进行血液透析的护理特点和具体护理措施,总结护理经验.结果 60例建立非常规动静脉内瘘患者术后血管通畅率100％,40例术后3月启用,11例术后5月启用,9例术后6～8月启用,使用时间2～3年以上,均未发生感染和阻塞.结论 非常规动静脉内瘘是血液透析永久性血管通路的另一补充方式,精心的护理是延长其使用寿命的关键.

목적 관찰비상규동정맥내루재유지성혈액투석환자중적림상응용효과.방법 회 고성분석60례혈액투석환자응용비상규동정맥내루진행혈액투석적호리특점화구체호리조시,총결호리경험.결과 60례건립비상규동정맥내루환자술후혈관통창솔100％,40례술후3월계용,11례술후5월계용,9례술후6～8월계용,사용시간2～3년이상,균미발생감염화조새.결론 비상규동정맥내루시혈액투석영구성혈관통로적령일보충방식,정심적호리시연장기사용수명적관건.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of unusual arteriovenous fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods Hemodialysis nursing characteristics and nursing management for 60 patients with unusal hemodialysis arteriovenous fistula were analyzed retroactively and nursing experience were summarized. Results After establishment of unusual arteriovenous fistula of 60 cases of patients vascular patency rate was 100％,40 cases started using after 3 months of postoperative,11 cases after 5 months and 9 cases after 6 ～ 8 months,lasting use over 2 ～ 3 years,all of cases had no infection and blocking.Conclusions Unusual arteriovenous fistula is a additional way of patients with permanent hemodialysis vascular access,careful care is the key to extend the service life.
