目的探讨糖尿病(DM)患者行白内障超声乳化摘出联合人工晶体植入术的临床效果.方法对76例(82眼)糖尿病白内障患者与76例(82眼)非糖尿病白内障患者行白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术后的视力及并发症进行对照研究.结果两组术后视力、并发症较差异无显著性(P>0.05),最终视力在0.6以上:糖尿病组眼占68.29%,非糖尿病组眼占75.61%.糖尿病白内障患者中,术后出现并发症角膜水肿21眼,纤维蛋白渗出7眼,前房积血3眼,后角膜色素沉着26眼,虹膜后粘连3眼,后囊混浊27眼,均高于无糖尿病患者(P<0.05).结论糖尿病白内障患者只要术前眼部无严重并发症,行超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术,就可明显改善视力,且手术安全可靠.
목적 탐토당뇨병(DM)환자행백내장초성유화적출연합인공정체식입술적림상효과.방법 대76례(82안)당뇨병백내장환자여76례(82안)비당뇨병백내장환자행백내장초성유화적제연합인공정체식입술후적시력급병발증진행대조연구.결과 량조술후시력、병발증교차이무현저성(P>0.05),최종시력재0.6이상:당뇨병조안점68.29%,비당뇨병조안점75.61%.당뇨병백내장환자중,술후출현병발증각막수종21안,섬유단백삼출7안,전방적혈3안,후각막색소침착26안,홍막후점련3안,후낭혼탁27안,균고우무당뇨병환자(P<0.05).결론 당뇨병백내장환자지요술전안부무엄중병발증,행초성유화적제연합인공정체식입술,취가명현개선시력,차수술안전가고.
Objective To explore the efficacy of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for cataract in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM).Methods 76 patients with diabetic cataract (82 eyes) and 76 non-diabetic patients with cataract (82 eyes) underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.The visual acuity and complications of the procedure were noted.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in postoperative visual acuity and complications (P>0.05).The final visual acuity of 0.6 or above was 68.29% in the diabetes group and was 75.61% in the non-diabetes group.Conclusions Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is safe and reliable in improving visual acuity,only if the patients with diabetic cataract have no severe postoperative complications of eyes.
