This article discussed the necessity of the evaluation to teaching quality of university teacher in the international competition, the market competition and under the educational reform. In view of the present situation for quality of teaching evaluation, and the matter of fact of Nanyang Medical College, we discussed the evaluation of the main, the indicator system, the evaluation method and the result application for the teaching quality.
