[目的]通过植物组织培养技术快速大量繁殖白花丹参优良品系,深度开发利用这一药用植物资源.[方法]以白花丹参的幼嫩叶片和叶柄作为外植体,接种至器官发生分化培养基上诱导丛生芽,然后作壮苗培养,继而生根培养,建立一套快速再生体系.[结果]在MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ NAA 1.0 mg/L和MS+6- BA 2.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.5 mg/L培养基上均能诱导分化大量丛生芽,然后转接至MS+ KT 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L继代培养基上做继代、壮苗培养,消除玻璃化现象.选取健壮芽苗转接至1/2 MS+ IBA 0.2 mg/L培养基上生根培养,待试管苗上长出数条2 cm长的健壮根系时即可炼苗移栽,成活率在90%以上.[结论]建立了一套完整的白花丹参组培再生体系.

[목적]통과식물조직배양기술쾌속대량번식백화단삼우량품계,심도개발이용저일약용식물자원.[방법]이백화단삼적유눈협편화협병작위외식체,접충지기관발생분화배양기상유도총생아,연후작장묘배양,계이생근배양,건립일투쾌속재생체계.[결과]재MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ NAA 1.0 mg/L화MS+6- BA 2.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.5 mg/L배양기상균능유도분화대량총생아,연후전접지MS+ KT 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L계대배양기상주계대、장묘배양,소제파리화현상.선취건장아묘전접지1/2 MS+ IBA 0.2 mg/L배양기상생근배양,대시관묘상장출수조2 cm장적건장근계시즉가련묘이재,성활솔재90%이상.[결론]건립료일투완정적백화단삼조배재생체계.
[Objective]The research aimed to propagate abundantly excellent line of S. miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba by plant tissue culture, and strengthen the utilization of the officinal plant. [Method]With the leaf and leafstalk of S. miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba as explants, the different medium were used to induce clustered buds, strengthen regenerative bud and conduct rooting induction so as to establish a set of rapid propagation system. [Result]The great number of clustered bud were induced at MS medium with supplement 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and 1.0 or 0.5 mg/L NAA. And the buds were transferred to MS medium with supplement 1.5 mg/L KT and 0.2 mg/L NAA in order to strengthen bud and eliminate vitrification of buds. Then rooting induction was conducted at 1/2 MS medium with supplement 0.2 mg/L IBA. The regenerated plant was exercised and transplant when they outgrew a few 2 cm stocky roots. The survive rate reached over 90%. [Conclusion]A whole regeneration system of S. miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba was established.
