[目的]为拓展饲料资源、降低饲料成本探索新途径.[方法]通过对木霉与酵母菌混合协同发酵生产蔗渣发酵饲料的研究,确立了由20%木霉T-1、10%扣囊拟内孢霉酵母E-1803组成的混合发酵体系;接种时先接种T-1,24 h后再接种E-1803液体种子,28 ℃恒温静置培养.固态发酵培养基组成为:蔗渣∶麸皮∶豆饼=5∶ 3∶ 2;(NH_4)_2SO_4 1%,KH_2PO_4 0.2%,料水比1.0∶ 4.0.[结果]根据此工艺所得蔗渣发酵饲料分别含有5.78%可溶性还原糖、19.45%蛋白质及26.17%的粗纤维;其蛋白质含量比原发酵培养基提高了38.73%,粗纤维降解率40.46%.[结论]该产品具有较好的产品外观和风味,建议推广普及.

[Objective] The aim was to explore a new way for expanding feed resources and reducing feed costs. [Method] Through study on producing sugarcane bagasses animal feed by fermentation of Trichoderma sp. and yeast, a mixed co-fermentation including 20% T-1 and 10% E-1803 was established. T-1 should be inoculated 24 h berfore E-1803 and cultured at 28 ℃ constant temperature. The fermentation media were composed as following: sugarcane bagasses/wheat bran/bean cake=5/3/2, (NH_4)_2SO_4 1%,KH_2PO_4 0.2%,1.0∶ 4.0 of dried material to water. According to this technology, the product was obtained after fermentation, containing 5.78% souble reducing saccharide, 19.45% protein and 26.17% crude fiber, which had been increased by 38.73%, and the crude firbe was reduced by 40.46%. [Conclusion] The product shoud be generalized for its good appearance and flavor.
