在油田开发过程中,随着温度、压力的降低和气体的析出,原油对蜡的溶解能力下降,油井结蜡在所难免。在人工投加化学药品进行油井清防蜡时,由于受天气、人员技能及责任心等多方面因素影响,效果难以得到有效保障,针对此类问题,研制了数字化多井口加药装置,该装置安装在丛式井组上可实现一机多井冲击式加药,操作管理人员在远程可随时观察药剂的注量和存量,可根据需要调整药剂的加注流量,并通过综合分析判断数字化系统油井载荷变化情况,实施自动加药,现场试验效果较好,实现了油井环空投加化学助剂的定量化、持续化、可控化、数字化、无人化,为油井清防蜡工艺提供了新的技术途径

In oilfield development process,with reduce of the temperature and pressure and gas separation,the dissolution of the ability of wax incrude oil will decline,wax precipitation is inevitable.when artificial additive chemicals on the oil well to remove wax,as the weather, the personal factor and responsibility and so on,the effect is difficult to be effectively guaranteed, in view of such problems,the digital more dosing system is developed,this device which is installed in plexus type can realized a machine corresponding to more Wells with impact dosing,The operating personnel in the remote can observe the injection rate and rest of medicament at any time,meanwhile,according to need to adjust injection speed,and the comprehensive analysis is used to judge digital system loading change to implement automatic dosing,test effect in filed is good,and can made supply of chemical fertilizer become quantification,continuance,controllable,digitization and unmanned,it provides a new approach for clearing the wax technology.
