目的 研究哮喘患儿白细胞介素12(IL-12)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)与免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平的变化.方法 采用酶联免疫(ELISA)法测定不同时期支气管哮喘患儿血清IL-12、IL4和IgE水平,并与健康对照组进行统计分析.结果 哮喘急性发作组血清IL-12水平显著低于缓解组和对照组(P<0.05),而IL_4和lgE水平却显著高于缓解期和对N~fI(P<O.05).IL-12与IsE呈负相关(r=一0.574,P<0.05),而lL4与 .IsE呈正相关(r=0.587,P<0.05).结论 IL-12和IL4参与支气管哮喘发病的整个过程,IL-12降低和I"升高是哮喘发病的重要因素.

목적 연구효천환인백세포개소12(IL-12)、백세포개소4(IL-4)여면역구단백E(IgE)수평적변화.방법 채용매련면역(ELISA)법측정불동시기지기관효천환인혈청IL-12、IL4화IgE수평,병여건강대조조진행통계분석.결과 효천급성발작조혈청IL-12수평현저저우완해조화대조조(P<0.05),이IL_4화lgE수평각현저고우완해기화대N~fI(P<O.05).IL-12여IsE정부상관(r=일0.574,P<0.05),이lL4여 .IsE정정상관(r=0.587,P<0.05).결론 IL-12화IL4삼여지기관효천발병적정개과정,IL-12강저화I"승고시효천발병적중요인소.
Objective Objective Research on the change of levels of interleukin 12 (IL-12),interleukin4 (IL-4) and immunoglobulin E(Ig E)in asthmatic children.Methods 20 asthmatic children in attack stage and 20 asthmatic children in remission stage were as sample cases.The serum levels of IL-12,IL-4 and Ig E were detect with ELISA.Results IL-12 level of children in attack stage was obviously lower than those in remission stage and healthy children (P<0.05);IL-4 and Ig E level of children in attack stage was obviously higher than those in remission stage and healthy children (P<0.05);IL-4 level of children in remission stage was obviously higher than healthy children (P<0,05);The level of IL-12 was in negative correlation with that of IgE in asthmatic children,while the level of IL-4 was in positive correlation with that of IgE in asthmatic children.Conclusions Asthmatic children have lower level of IL-12 and higher levels of IL-4 and Ig E.
