研究了共混比、增客剂用量、混炼方法对NBR/EPDM共混物性能的影响.试验表明,EP-DM可以提高NBR的耐老化性、电绝缘性,增容剂的加入可使共混物的力学性能提高.用量为10份时力学性能达到最佳,但不宜过量.经过各自配比后再混合胶料的方法,即母炼法,所得胶料的综合性能比普通方法要好.

The effect of blend ratio, compatibilizer content, method of mixing on the properties of NBR/EPDM blends were studied. The result shows that EPDM should enhance aging properties and the electric insulation of NBR, the compatibilizer could improve the mechanical properties. The mechanical properties achieves best when added 10 phr, but not excessive. The method of after passing through the respective allocated proportion, mixes again to blends over-all properties is better than the ordinary method.
