为了探索设备和工艺简单、低污染、生产过程费用低的脱盐新方法,以十二烷基苯磺酸和十六烷基三甲基氢氧化铵为表面活性物质,采用泡沫分离技术对脱除水溶液中微量的硫酸铜进行了研究.重点考察了溶液的pH、表观气速、表面活性剂浓度,泡沫塔液面高度及改变分离阴阳离子的先后顺序对分离效果的影响,在最佳操作条件下:CuSO_4的去除率达到97.2%,富集比达到4.2.与其他表面活性剂相比,没有向溶液中引入新的金属离子和酸根离子,从而为脱盐提供了新的方法和依据.
為瞭探索設備和工藝簡單、低汙染、生產過程費用低的脫鹽新方法,以十二烷基苯磺痠和十六烷基三甲基氫氧化銨為錶麵活性物質,採用泡沫分離技術對脫除水溶液中微量的硫痠銅進行瞭研究.重點攷察瞭溶液的pH、錶觀氣速、錶麵活性劑濃度,泡沫塔液麵高度及改變分離陰暘離子的先後順序對分離效果的影響,在最佳操作條件下:CuSO_4的去除率達到97.2%,富集比達到4.2.與其他錶麵活性劑相比,沒有嚮溶液中引入新的金屬離子和痠根離子,從而為脫鹽提供瞭新的方法和依據.

In order to develop the new desalination method which has the virtues of simple equipments and technology, non-pollution and low cost, a foam fractionation technology of removing CuSO_4 from the simulated aqueous solution was studied by using dodecylbenzenesulphonic acid and (1-hexadecyl)trimethyl ammonium hydroxide as surfactant .The effects of operating parameters, such as the pH value and height of the bulk liquid, superficial gas velocity, surfactant dosage and the separation sequence of Cu~(2+) and SO_4~(2-), on the enrichment ratio and removal ratio of CuSO_4 were investigated. The experimental results show that, under the optimum conditions, the removal of CuSO_4 approaches to 97.2%, and the enrichment ratio reaches 4.2. Compared with the commonly-used surfactants, the technology proposed would not introduce new acid radical ions and metal ions in the aqueous solution, and which provides a basis for the new means of removing salts by foam fractionation.
