为了提高太阳能光伏控制器的性价比,设计了运用STC单片机的太阳能光伏控制器.本控制器具有效率高、可靠性高、运行稳定、性价比高、适宜批量生产的特点.控制器实现了基于单片机STC12LE5402AD的工作状态控制和蓄电池能量管理,满足了太阳能光伏控制器在不同工作状态下的稳定运行与准确切换的要求.蓄电池充放电精确控制也在此控制器中得到实现.实验结果表明,应用此控制器的太阳能光伏系统效率高、运行稳定,蓄电池寿命也可延长.

In order to improve the cost-effective a solar photovohaic controller, is designed with the STC-MCU. The controller has high efficiency, great reliability and stable operation, cost-effective, and suitable for the char-acteristics of mass production. The controller realizes status control and storage battery energy management based on STC12LE5402AD. The photovohaic solar power controllers meet the stability of the operation and the accurate switching requirements at different states. Precise control of battery charging and discharging are also achieved in the controller. The experimental results show that the controller has high efficiency and stability, and the battery life is also extended.
