基于MEMS加工技术,设计制造了一种以硅为基底的集成爆炸箔组件.利用该爆炸箔组件,进行了起爆HNS-IV炸药的试验研究.结果表明,设计制造的爆炸箔组件参数合理,在3.5kA电流条件下可以起爆HNS-IV炸药.

This paper described the prdiminary research on the slapper detonator which principany utilized the MEMS technology and process.And an exploding foil assembly based on1 the Si MEMS process was manufactured.This kind of exploding foil assembly has been used in the test of initiating the HNS-IV.The results of the test shows that the design of this kind of exploding foil assembly is feasible and the exploding foil assembly can successfully initiate the HNS-IV under 3.5Acurrent condition.
