根据气象学相关研究成果,利用等值线技术,结合下垫面条件,分析浙江省暴雨集中典型区域,在此基础上利用概率分析手段,以典型暴雨区域为例,分析浙江省传统汛期分期的合理性,对典型暴雨区域汛期重新分期,为调整汛期分期提供理论依据,特别对提高大中型水库洪水资源利用率,缓解用水供需矛盾有着积极意义.

On the basis of meteorology research results, the typical rainstorm areas of Zhejiang Province are presented by using the equivalent line technology in combination with the underlying surface condition. And then, taking the typical rainstorm area as an illustration, the rationality of flood season staging in Zhejiang Province is analysed by probability method. It provides a theory basis for renewing stage of flood season. This stage is benificial to making use of large- and medium-scale reservoir water resources. It is very necessary to relieve contradiction between supply and demand of water resources.
