从我国玉米品种资源中筛选出6个具有广泛血缘代表性的自交系B73、掖478、Mo17、齐319、黄早四和丹340作为玉米丝黑穗病菌的生理分化鉴别寄主,确定了玉米丝黑穗病菌生理分化鉴别寄主体系.利用6个抗病性差异明显的鉴别寄主对玉米丝黑穗病菌进行生理分化鉴定,结果鉴别出7个生理分化致病类型.
從我國玉米品種資源中篩選齣6箇具有廣汎血緣代錶性的自交繫B73、掖478、Mo17、齊319、黃早四和丹340作為玉米絲黑穗病菌的生理分化鑒彆寄主,確定瞭玉米絲黑穗病菌生理分化鑒彆寄主體繫.利用6箇抗病性差異明顯的鑒彆寄主對玉米絲黑穗病菌進行生理分化鑒定,結果鑒彆齣7箇生理分化緻病類型.

A set of maize inbreds or cuhivars were screened as Sporisorium reilianum pathogen differential hosts with genetic background which current eultivars shared in China, such as inbreds B73, Ye478, Mo17, Qi319, Huangzaosi, Dan340 were identified as major ones.Sporisorium reilianum had been identified into 6 physiological dif ferential pathotype by 6 differential hosts.The result was mentioned above provided a sound basis for breeding and identifying resistant euhivars, scientifically planting resistant cultivars in growing areas as well as monitoring of pathogen differentiation.
