固体电解质型气体传感器的应用范围越来越广,尤其是在检测大气中的有害成分COx,SOx,NOx等气体方面。本文简述了固体电解质气体传感器的发展及分类,并重点介绍了分别以硫酸盐、NASICON,β—Al2O3,LaF3为固体电解质的几种气体传感器。最后,对固体电解质型气体传感器未来的研究方向进行了展望。
固體電解質型氣體傳感器的應用範圍越來越廣,尤其是在檢測大氣中的有害成分COx,SOx,NOx等氣體方麵。本文簡述瞭固體電解質氣體傳感器的髮展及分類,併重點介紹瞭分彆以硫痠鹽、NASICON,β—Al2O3,LaF3為固體電解質的幾種氣體傳感器。最後,對固體電解質型氣體傳感器未來的研究方嚮進行瞭展望。

Solid- state electrolyte gas sensors are used more widely, especially in testing some harmful component in the atmosphere, such as SOx,Cox,NOx and so on. This paper briefly describes the development and classification of solid - state electrolyte gas sensor. And focus on the introduction of several gas sensors, which use sulfate,NASICON, β -A1203 and LaF3 as solid -state electrolyte. Finaly, prosects for the future research direction of solid state electrolyte gas sensor.
