根据对鸭传染性浆膜炎的中兽医治疗原则,选择22昧具有清热解毒、杀菌消炎及补气健脾药类的中药,用牛津杯法对中药煎剂(1g/mL)进行体外抑菌测定:依据单味抑菌结果及配伍原则,组成6个组方,通过淋巴细胞转化试验(MTT法)及攻毒保护试验确定最佳组方,并研究了该组方对鸭只免疫器官指数、血清生化指标的影响.结果表明:(1)黄连、黄芩、丹参等单味中药对RA均有抑制作用;6个组方对RA均有一定抑制效果,其中组方Ⅰ、Ⅱ和组方P的抑菌作用较强;(2)中药组方均促进鸭PBMC的转化,其SI值大小依次为组方Ⅱ>组方Ⅰ>组方P,均强于ConA组;(3)组方P和组方Ⅱ均对鸭传染性浆膜炎有一定的防治效果,组方P优于组方Ⅱ;P_1组(预防组)鸭只死亡率为23%、治愈率为77%、保护率为60%,P_2组(治疗组)鸭只死亡率为46%、治愈率为54%、保护率为20%;(4)P_1组的鸭脾脏指数和胸腺指数显著或极显著高于阳性对照组(P<0.05)和健康对照组,P_2组的鸭则极显著高于健康对照组与阳性对照组鸭相比,两组均能极显著降低鸭血清总胆同醇(P<0.01).

Twenty-two kinds of Chinese herbs decoction, with heat-clearing and detoxifying, sterilization and antiphiogosis, as well as qi-invigorating and spleen-invigorating, were selected for RA in ducks in vitro anti-bacterial test by the method of oxford cup, according to the Chinese veterinary medicine therapeutic principle of Duck Infection Serositis. Six kinds of Chinese herbs composing prescriptions, were selected in twenty-two kinds of Chinese herbs on the basis of the formulating principle, and then that of Chinese herbs composing prescriptions was identified as the best Composing Prescription of Chinese Herbs by the attacking protection test and Lymphocyte transformation test (MTT Assay). On the basis, P was studied on the effects of the indexes of immune organs and serum biochemical indexes in ducks. The results indicated that, (1) Coptis chinensis, Scutellaria baicalensis, Salvia Mihiorrhiza, et al. had inhibitory effects against RA; Ⅰ,Ⅱ and P had significant anti-bacterial effects against RA among six Screening Composing Prescriptions. (2) Ⅰ,Ⅱ and P could promote the proliferation of ducks PBMC, the best stimulate index of three prescriptions showed that, Ⅱ > Ⅰ >P, and three prescriptions were better than group ConA; (3) P and 11 had certain control efficiency against Duck Infection Serositis, P was better than Ⅱ. The mortality, cure rate and protective rate of ducks in group P_1 are percentage 23, 77 and 60, respectively; the mortality, cure rate and protective rate of ducks in group P_2 were percentage 46, 54 and 20, respectively; (4) the indexes of duck spleen and thymus in P_1 were significantly or more significantly higher than that in other contrasts (P<0.05,P<0.01), and the indexes of duck spleen and thymus in P_2 were more significantly higher than that in K contrast(P<0.01); and more significantly lower than that in y contrast for total cholesterol in sera of ducks.
