本文根据香樟(Cinnamomum camphora Presl)的扦插育苗试验,研究了不同季节、生根促进剂的种类及浓度对其扦插成活率的影响。结果表明:春季(3月)选择绿枝插穗,200 mg.kg-1的IBA处理是扦插香樟的最佳处理,扦插成活率高达97%。并且3月进行扦插,秋季即可上山造林,可缩短香樟育苗时间并节约育苗成本。

본문근거향장(Cinnamomum camphora Presl)적천삽육묘시험,연구료불동계절、생근촉진제적충류급농도대기천삽성활솔적영향。결과표명:춘계(3월)선택록지삽수,200 mg.kg-1적IBA처리시천삽향장적최가처리,천삽성활솔고체97%。병차3월진행천삽,추계즉가상산조림,가축단향장육묘시간병절약육묘성본。
Researches were conducted on effects of the cutting season,rooting accelerators and their concentration on survival rate of Cinnamomum camphora in order to improve the rooting of cutting seedling-raising.The result showed that the green scions treated with indolebutyric acid 200 mg·kg-1 as hormone in March had the highest surviving rate for cutting propagation,reaching 97%.In addition,if cutting propagation of Cinnamomum camphora was couducted in March,its seedlings could be used for afforestation in Autumn,thus able to shorten the seedling-raising time and save the cost.
