目的 了解梅县城区人群的血尿酸水平和高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)的患病率.方法 对8532名行健康体检者的血尿酸及血清肌酐、血尿素氮、总胆同醇、甘油三酯、血糖和血压的测定结果 进行统计分析.结果 受检者血尿酸水平为(328±90)μ mol/L,男性为(348±83)μ mol/L、女性为(265±85)μ mol/L,其中HuA的患病率:男12.66%,女8.12%,男女合计10.68%.HUA的患病率随年龄的增长而升高,并有年轻化趋势.HUA组血清肌酐、尿素氮、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖、血压的异常率均显著高于血尿酸正常组(P＜0.05).结论 梅县城区人群血尿酸水平和HUA患病率与全国平均水平相近;HUA患病率随年龄的增长而升高,HUA患者容易伴发高脂血症、高血糖、高血压和肾功能损害.
目的 瞭解梅縣城區人群的血尿痠水平和高尿痠血癥(hyperuricemia,HUA)的患病率.方法 對8532名行健康體檢者的血尿痠及血清肌酐、血尿素氮、總膽同醇、甘油三酯、血糖和血壓的測定結果 進行統計分析.結果 受檢者血尿痠水平為(328±90)μ mol/L,男性為(348±83)μ mol/L、女性為(265±85)μ mol/L,其中HuA的患病率:男12.66%,女8.12%,男女閤計10.68%.HUA的患病率隨年齡的增長而升高,併有年輕化趨勢.HUA組血清肌酐、尿素氮、總膽固醇、甘油三酯、血糖、血壓的異常率均顯著高于血尿痠正常組(P＜0.05).結論 梅縣城區人群血尿痠水平和HUA患病率與全國平均水平相近;HUA患病率隨年齡的增長而升高,HUA患者容易伴髮高脂血癥、高血糖、高血壓和腎功能損害.
목적 료해매현성구인군적혈뇨산수평화고뇨산혈증(hyperuricemia,HUA)적환병솔.방법 대8532명행건강체검자적혈뇨산급혈청기항、혈뇨소담、총담동순、감유삼지、혈당화혈압적측정결과 진행통계분석.결과 수검자혈뇨산수평위(328±90)μ mol/L,남성위(348±83)μ mol/L、녀성위(265±85)μ mol/L,기중HuA적환병솔:남12.66%,녀8.12%,남녀합계10.68%.HUA적환병솔수년령적증장이승고,병유년경화추세.HUA조혈청기항、뇨소담、총담고순、감유삼지、혈당、혈압적이상솔균현저고우혈뇨산정상조(P＜0.05).결론 매현성구인군혈뇨산수평화HUA환병솔여전국평균수평상근;HUA환병솔수년령적증장이승고,HUA환자용역반발고지혈증、고혈당、고혈압화신공능손해.
Objective To understand levels of serum uric acid and the incidence of hyperuricemia (HUA)in population of Meixian city.Mothods To analyse results of cerum uric acid and creatinine and urea nitrogen and total cholesterol and triglycerides and blood sugar and blood pressure tested in a total of 8532 people of heahy cheek.Results In all people of healty check,levels average of serum uric acid were(328±90)μ mol/Lin men and(265±90)μmol/L in women.The incidence of HUA were 12.66%in men and 8.12%in women.Total incidence of HUA were 10.68%.The incidence of HUA were elevated with growth age and to have younger therd.The abnormal rate of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen and tolal cholesterol and triglycerides and blood sugar and blod pressure in group of HUA were higher and in normal group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Levels of serum uric acid and the incidence of HUA in population of Meixian City is similar to the national average.The incidence of HUA is elevated with grouth gae.The patients with HUA are easy assouated with hyperlipidemia and high blood sugar and high blood pressure and renal dysfuntion.
