目的探讨现代洁净手术室新型全麻手术患者眼部护理方法,增加患者舒适度,降低暴露性角膜炎的发生率.方法将400例行插管全麻的手术患者按随机数字表法随机分为4组,分别为:常规组(四环素软膏组n=100)、试验组(乐敦牌滴眼液组n=100)、对照1组(生理盐水组n=100)和对照2组(不加任何成分n=100),各组护理方案均用4.0 cm ×2.5 cm无菌开颅棉(用生理盐水浸湿后拧干)覆盖,3M专用敷贴粘贴,术毕观察结膜和巩膜充血及角膜干燥情况,6～8h内表格式术后回访,并行荧光素钠染色观察有无炎性浸润.结果单纯组间比较,试验组与常规组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；组间多重两两比较,试验组在改善监测症状上具有明显优势,有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论新型眼部护理方案能有效重建角膜双重保护屏障,减缓结膜充血,消除黏滞感,维持角膜湿润光滑的生理状态,增加舒适度,避免抗生素的滥用.
목적 탐토현대길정수술실신형전마수술환자안부호리방법,증가환자서괄도,강저폭로성각막염적발생솔.방법 장400례행삽관전마적수술환자안수궤수자표법수궤분위4조,분별위:상규조(사배소연고조n=100)、시험조(악돈패적안액조n=100)、대조1조(생리염수조n=100)화대조2조(불가임하성분n=100),각조호리방안균용4.0 cm ×2.5 cm무균개로면(용생리염수침습후녕간)복개,3M전용부첩점첩,술필관찰결막화공막충혈급각막간조정황,6～8h내표격식술후회방,병행형광소납염색관찰유무염성침윤.결과 단순조간비교,시험조여상규조차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；조간다중량량비교,시험조재개선감측증상상구유명현우세,유통계학의의(P＜0.05).결론 신형안부호리방안능유효중건각막쌍중보호병장,감완결막충혈,소제점체감,유지각막습윤광활적생리상태,증가서괄도,피면항생소적람용.
Objective To explore a new scheme of eye protection for patients with general anaesthesia in modem clean operating room,and to increase the feeling of comfort and reduce the incidence of exposure keratitis.Methods Selected 400 patients undergoing routine intubation of general anesthesia,randomly divided them into 4 groups:conventional group (n =100) using tetracycline ointment; experimental group (n =100)using ROHT0 eye drops; controlled group 1 (n =100) using normal saline and controlled group 2 (n =100)adding nothing,each group coated with 4.0 cm × 2.5 cm steriled craniotomy cotton soaked in the normal saline and twisted dry before covered the eyes,then adhered them with 3M tegaderm.observed conjunctiva and corneal after operation and visited the patient 6 - 8 hours later,taking the fluorescein sodium trial.Results Simple comparison between groups,conventional group and experimental group have a statistically significant difference (P ＜0.05 ).Multiple binary comparison between groups,experimental group has obvious advantages to improve monitoring symptoms,having statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions New eye protection scheme can effectively reconstruct corneal double protective barriers,slow conjunctival congestion,reduce viscous feeling,maintain corneal wetflyand smoothly just like in the physiological condition as well,improve the comfort degree,and avoid the abuse of antibiotics.
