在磷酸介质中,冒烟高氯酸氧化钨成高价,并消除溶液中存在的还原物质的影响,用氯化亚锡及三氯化钛还原铁和钨,约3.6mol/L盐酸介质中,硫氰酸铵与钨(Ⅴ)生成黄色络合物,通过测其吸光度可定量测定钨含量。由于较多量冒烟高氯酸的氧化作用,还原不需铁作催化剂,消除了基体铁的影响。测定质量分数范围为0.05%~10%。
在燐痠介質中,冒煙高氯痠氧化鎢成高價,併消除溶液中存在的還原物質的影響,用氯化亞錫及三氯化鈦還原鐵和鎢,約3.6mol/L鹽痠介質中,硫氰痠銨與鎢(Ⅴ)生成黃色絡閤物,通過測其吸光度可定量測定鎢含量。由于較多量冒煙高氯痠的氧化作用,還原不需鐵作催化劑,消除瞭基體鐵的影響。測定質量分數範圍為0.05%~10%。

A method for the determination of tungsten content in steel andalloys by perchloric acid oxidation-photometry is reported. Tungsten in steel and alloys is oxidized to high valence by enough perchloric acid in the medium of phosphoric acid, at the same time the interference of matrix iron and reducing substances is eliminated. Then in an approx 3.6 mol/L chlorhydric acid medium tungsten is reduced by SnCl2 and TiCl3, and a yellow complex of tungsten(Ⅴ) with ammonium thiocyanate is formed. Tungsten can be quantified by detection of absorbance of the complex, the determination range is 0.05%~10% for tungsten. The method was found to be simple and suitable to the determination of tengsten in reference materials.
