塑性铰是影响环件摆动辗压工艺稳定的重要因素,研究其形成过程非常必要.建立了基于ABAQUS软件的环件摆辗镦粗有限元模型,研究了环件塑性铰区域的应力分布状况,分析了不同高径比对环形件塑性铰区域应力场的影响,得到了塑性铰形成的影响因素及变化规律,即随着环件高径比增大,塑性铰的位置沿摆头旋转方向偏移,促进了环件摆辗镦粗工艺的稳定与发展.
塑性鉸是影響環件襬動輾壓工藝穩定的重要因素,研究其形成過程非常必要.建立瞭基于ABAQUS軟件的環件襬輾鐓粗有限元模型,研究瞭環件塑性鉸區域的應力分佈狀況,分析瞭不同高徑比對環形件塑性鉸區域應力場的影響,得到瞭塑性鉸形成的影響因素及變化規律,即隨著環件高徑比增大,塑性鉸的位置沿襬頭鏇轉方嚮偏移,促進瞭環件襬輾鐓粗工藝的穩定與髮展.

The plastic hinge is the key factor that can effect the stability of the ring rotary forging process and it is essential to study the feature of the plastic hinge. Based on the ABAQUS simulation software, the FE model of ring rotary forging process was established and the stress distribution in the zone of the ring plastic hinge was investigated.The influence mode of ring ratio of height to diameter to the stress distribution in the ring plastic hinge zone was analysed. So the influencing factors and the variation patterns of the establishment and development of the plastic hinge were obtained during ring rotary forging process. That is as high-diameter ratio of ring increases, the location of the plastic hinge shifted along the direction of the rocker's rotation. The above results will promote the stability and development of the ring rotary forging process.
