采用团聚烧结法制备了一种含有纳米粒子的新型瓦楞辊专用WC-12Co喷涂粉末,并使用超音速火焰喷涂工艺(HVOF)制备了该粉末的两种涂层。测试了涂层的结合强度、显微硬度、气孔率、开裂韧性和单道次沉积厚度。并利用XRD对喷涂粉末及涂层进行了相结构分析,用扫描电子显微镜和金相显微镜对喷涂粉末、涂层的组织结构进行了观察,并与进口瓦楞辊专用粉末制备的涂层进行对比。结果表明:这种新型粉末的球形度好,具有很好的球形度和流动性;采用这种粉末制备的涂层具有沉积效率高、涂层的结合强度高、组织结构致密、硬度高和韧性好等特点,涂层主要性与国外瓦楞辊专用粉末制备的涂层性能相当,并且在粉末沉积率和涂层硬度方面还具有一定的优势。

A new kind of thermal spray powder WC-12Co with a small amount of nanostructured particles used in corrugated roller was produced by the agglomerating, sintering and crushing technology. The corresponding coatings were deposited by high velocity oxy-fuel spraying (HVOF). The properties of bond strength, micro-hardness, porosity and fracture toughness and per pass thickness of the coatings were investigated; Phases of the feedstock powders and the coatings were analyzed by XRD. The characterizations of spraying feedstock powder and the microstructure of cross-section of coating were analyzed by OM. The results indicated that the spraying power exhibits sphere and has good flow rate, only a little of WC decomposed during spraying. Meanwhile, all the coatings exhibited excellent performance under various HVOF spraying parameters, such as high bond strength, micro-hardness, high depositing efficient, compact structure and moderate toughness, which has the similar performance compared with the coating prepared by the imported special powder used in the corrugated roller.
