通过对收集到的数据分析,发现威宁县幼儿教育专任教师在性别比例、年龄结构、学历水平、职称比例和专业背景等显性结构方面存在严重的问题。解决这些问题的建议有:政府部门应加强对贫困地区幼儿教育的宏观调控,制定"教育优先区"政策、采取措施鼓励优秀男教师从事幼儿教育,建立完善的幼儿教师职后培训制度和园际之间教师交流制度,促进幼儿教师的职称晋升。
通過對收集到的數據分析,髮現威寧縣幼兒教育專任教師在性彆比例、年齡結構、學歷水平、職稱比例和專業揹景等顯性結構方麵存在嚴重的問題。解決這些問題的建議有:政府部門應加彊對貧睏地區幼兒教育的宏觀調控,製定"教育優先區"政策、採取措施鼓勵優秀男教師從事幼兒教育,建立完善的幼兒教師職後培訓製度和園際之間教師交流製度,促進幼兒教師的職稱晉升。
통과대수집도적수거분석,발현위저현유인교육전임교사재성별비례、년령결구、학력수평、직칭비례화전업배경등현성결구방면존재엄중적문제。해결저사문제적건의유:정부부문응가강대빈곤지구유인교육적굉관조공,제정"교육우선구"정책、채취조시고려우수남교사종사유인교육,건립완선적유인교사직후배훈제도화완제지간교사교류제도,촉진유인교사적직칭진승。
We find that dominant structures of full-time teacher on children education in Weining have many problems by analysis of calact datas,such as ratio of sex,the structure of age,the level of educational beground,the ratio of professional title,educational beground,and so on..The suggetions to solve these problens have that the govement should macroeconomic control to children education in poverty areas,make plocy of educational priority,adopt measure to encourage male teacher engaging in children education,establish perfact training sistems of teacher of children education and exchange of teacher,advance promotion of professional title.
