空间飞行对机体的免疫系统的影响很大,胸腺及脾脏有萎缩性变化,各种免疫细胞的功能都有所降低.其影响的机制非常复杂,主要涉及两方面,一是空间环境造成机体的神经内分泌机能发生改变,从而影响免疫功能;二是空间失重环境导致免疫细胞的结构和功能发生变化.航天中的其他因素,如应激、噪声、辐射等也会对改变机体的免疫功能.

Results of studies from several laboratories have indicated that during space flight immunity is greatly altered, such as atrophied thymus and spleen, depressed lymphocytes function. The mechanism of space influence is very complex and mainly involves two aspects : one is the change of neuroendoerine system, the other is the stucture and function alteration of immunocytes. Simultaneously, stress, radiation, noise, stress and many other yet undetermined factors in space flight maybe the causes of alteration of the immune system.
