目的 探讨交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折不愈合的原因及相应的治疗.方法 总结10来年交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折316例,其中骨折不愈合24例,通过锁定加压钢板(LCP)重新内固定后完全愈合.结果 所有24例不愈合的患者将髓内钉取出,重新使用锁定加压钢板(LCP)内固定后得到完全愈合,1例需植骨.结论 交锁髓内钉术后发生骨不愈合的原因很多,骨不愈合后使用锁定加压钢板重新内固定,固定牢固,断端充分加压,血运破坏少,促进骨折的愈合.
目的 探討交鎖髓內釘治療股骨榦骨摺不愈閤的原因及相應的治療.方法 總結10來年交鎖髓內釘治療股骨榦骨摺316例,其中骨摺不愈閤24例,通過鎖定加壓鋼闆(LCP)重新內固定後完全愈閤.結果 所有24例不愈閤的患者將髓內釘取齣,重新使用鎖定加壓鋼闆(LCP)內固定後得到完全愈閤,1例需植骨.結論 交鎖髓內釘術後髮生骨不愈閤的原因很多,骨不愈閤後使用鎖定加壓鋼闆重新內固定,固定牢固,斷耑充分加壓,血運破壞少,促進骨摺的愈閤.
목적 탐토교쇄수내정치료고골간골절불유합적원인급상응적치료.방법 총결10래년교쇄수내정치료고골간골절316례,기중골절불유합24례,통과쇄정가압강판(LCP)중신내고정후완전유합.결과 소유24례불유합적환자장수내정취출,중신사용쇄정가압강판(LCP)내고정후득도완전유합,1례수식골.결론 교쇄수내정술후발생골불유합적원인흔다,골불유합후사용쇄정가압강판중신내고정,고정뢰고,단단충분가압,혈운파배소,촉진골절적유합.
Objective To investigate the cause and its corresponding treatment of the interlocking intramedullary nail in curing nonunion of femoral shaft fracture.Methods In the past 10 years,316 cases of interlocking intramedullary nail treating femoral shaft fractures were summarized,including 24 cases of nonunion,but,through the locking compression plate (LCP) with internal fixation,the cases completed healing at last.Results The intramedullary nails in all the 24 cases of nonunion were removed,and then used LCP for internal fixation complete healing, with only 1 patient requiring bone grafting.Conclusions There are many reasons causing postoperative bone nonunion after interlocking intramedullary nail operation,but after internal fixation using LCP again,fracture fixation,fracture broken end fully pressurized,and less destruction of blood supply,it can promote the healing of fracture.
