目的 观察复方田七胃痛胶囊治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效.方法 将163例患者随机分为治疗组80例和对照组83例,治疗组以复方田七胃痛胶囊治疗,对照组口服法莫替丁、甲硝唑治疗.结果 治疗组消化性溃疡的总有效率较对照组有显著性差异(P＜0.05);部分症状、体征消退的时间治疗组较对照组明显缩短(P＜0.01或P＜0.05).结论 复方田七胃痛胶囊治疗消化性溃疡有效.

목적 관찰복방전칠위통효낭치료소화성궤양적림상료효.방법 장163례환자수궤분위치료조80례화대조조83례,치료조이복방전칠위통효낭치료,대조조구복법막체정、갑초서치료.결과 치료조소화성궤양적총유효솔교대조조유현저성차이(P＜0.05);부분증상、체정소퇴적시간치료조교대조조명현축단(P＜0.01혹P＜0.05).결론 복방전칠위통효낭치료소화성궤양유효.
Objective To observe the clinical effects of treating petptic ulcer with Complex Tianqi Weitong Capulse.Methods 163 cases of petptic ulcer were randomly divided into a treatment group with 80 cases and a control group with 83 cases.The treatment group was given Complex Tianqi Weitong Capulse,and the control group Was treated with Famotidine and Metronidazole.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group (P＜0.05);the extinctive time of some clinical symptoms and physical signs in the treatment group were shorter than that in the conutrol group(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).Conclusion Complex Tianqi Weitong Capulse is effective in treating peptic ulcer.
