Jin-Bu-Huan He-Wei Decoction%Li Medicine%Chronic gastritis%Liver-stomach disharmony
目的：观察黎药金不换和胃汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将148例肝胃不和型慢性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组76例和对照组72例。治疗组服用金不换和胃汤；对照组服用奥美拉唑胶囊和多潘立酮片。两组均治疗4周后观察疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为92.1％，对照组为69.4％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：金不换和胃汤治疗肝胃不和型慢性胃炎疗效显著，无明显毒副作用。

목적：관찰려약금불환화위탕치료간위불화형만성위염적림상료효。방법：장148례간위불화형만성위염환자수궤분위치료조76례화대조조72례。치료조복용금불환화위탕；대조조복용오미랍서효낭화다반립동편。량조균치료4주후관찰료효。결과：총유효솔치료조위92.1％，대조조위69.4％，량조비교，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：금불환화위탕치료간위불화형만성위염료효현저，무명현독부작용。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Li Medicine, Jin-Bu-Huan He-Wei Decoction, on chronic gastritis, identified as liver-stomach disharmony. Methods: 148 patients with chronic gastritis, identified as liver-stomach disharmony, were randomly divided into treatment and control group respectively with 76 and 72 cases. Patients were treated with Jin-Bu-Huan He-Wei Decoction in treatment group, and omeprazole as well as domperidone tabletsthe in control group. The clinical effect was observed in 4 weeks. Results: The total effective rate was 92.1% and 69.4% respectively in treatment and control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Jin-Bu-Huan He-Wei Decoction can provide obvious curative effect for chronic gastritis, which was identified as liver-stomach disharmony, without obvious side effect.
