目的 观察锌指转录因子Snail及上皮钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在肾透明细胞癌(CCRCC)中的表达,并探讨与CCRCC病理分级、分期和转移等相关生物学行为因素的关系.方法 收集我院手术切除的69例CCRCC组织标本,同时取58例癌旁组织和10例正常肾组织标本作为对照,采用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连结(SP)法检测CCRCC组织、癌旁组织和正常肾组织中Snail和E-cadherin的表达.结果 CCRCC组织Snail阳性率(82.7%)显著高于癌旁组织(43.1%,P<0.01).CCRCC组织E-cadherin阳性率(31.9%)显著低于癌旁组织(91.5%)(P<0.01).两者的表达均与CCRCC不同分化程度、分期、浸润和转移有关(P<0.05).CCRCC组织中E-cadherin与Snail的表达呈负相关(r=-0.342,P<0.05).结论 E-cadherin低表达与Snail 高表达可能是CCRCC发生浸润转移的重要生物学标志.联合检测E-cadherin及Snail对预测CCRCC浸润转移有重要意义.
目的 觀察鋅指轉錄因子Snail及上皮鈣黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在腎透明細胞癌(CCRCC)中的錶達,併探討與CCRCC病理分級、分期和轉移等相關生物學行為因素的關繫.方法 收集我院手術切除的69例CCRCC組織標本,同時取58例癌徬組織和10例正常腎組織標本作為對照,採用免疫組織化學鏈黴菌抗生物素蛋白-過氧化物酶連結(SP)法檢測CCRCC組織、癌徬組織和正常腎組織中Snail和E-cadherin的錶達.結果 CCRCC組織Snail暘性率(82.7%)顯著高于癌徬組織(43.1%,P<0.01).CCRCC組織E-cadherin暘性率(31.9%)顯著低于癌徬組織(91.5%)(P<0.01).兩者的錶達均與CCRCC不同分化程度、分期、浸潤和轉移有關(P<0.05).CCRCC組織中E-cadherin與Snail的錶達呈負相關(r=-0.342,P<0.05).結論 E-cadherin低錶達與Snail 高錶達可能是CCRCC髮生浸潤轉移的重要生物學標誌.聯閤檢測E-cadherin及Snail對預測CCRCC浸潤轉移有重要意義.

Objective To study the expression of transcriptional factor Snail and adhesion factor E-cadherin in renal clear cell carcinoma (RCCC) and evaluate their correlation with pathological grading,clinical stage,invasion and metastases of RCCC.Methods The expression of Snail and E-cadherin proteins was detected by using immunohistochemical streptavidin-peroxidase method in 69 cases of RCCC tissue,58 cases of the para-cancerous mucosa and 10 cases of normal renal tissue.Results The positive rate of Snail in RCCC was 82.7%,which was significantly higher than that in para-cancerous mucosa (43.1%,P <0.01 ).The positive rate of E-cadherin in RCCC was 31.9%,which was significantly lower than that in para-cancerous mucosa (91.5%,P <0.01 ).The expression of E-cadherin and Snail was significantly related with the differential degrees,clinical stage,depth of tumor invasion and distant metastasis ( P < 0.05 ).There was a negative correlation between the expression of E-cadherin and Snail in RCCC.Conclusion The over-expression of Snail and decreased expression of E-cadherin might be important biological markers for invasion and metastasis of RCCC.The combined detection of E-cadherin and Snail has fas-reaching significance on predicting the invasion and metastasis of RCCC.
