目的探讨晚期贲门癌的胃左动脉化疗栓塞、外放射综合治疗的方法。方法先行胃左动脉插管超选化疗栓塞，药物为CF300mg、5-Fu 1000～1500mg、CDDP60～80mg、MMC10～20mg与40%碘化油5～8ml 混悬液。介入化疗栓塞后或两次介入之间行放疗。结果 21例患者完全缓解(CR )8例(38.1%)，部分缓解(PR)11例(52.3%)，总有效率(CR+PR)90.4%。6个月、1年、3年存活率为85.7%，52.3%，33.3%。结论介入结合放疗治疗晚期贲门癌不失为临床选用的治疗手段。
목적탐토만기분문암적위좌동맥화료전새、외방사종합치료적방법。방법선행위좌동맥삽관초선화료전새，약물위CF300mg、5-Fu 1000～1500mg、CDDP60～80mg、MMC10～20mg여40%전화유5～8ml 혼현액。개입화료전새후혹량차개입지간행방료。결과 21례환자완전완해(CR )8례(38.1%)，부분완해(PR)11례(52.3%)，총유효솔(CR+PR)90.4%。6개월、1년、3년존활솔위85.7%，52.3%，33.3%。결론개입결합방료치료만기분문암불실위림상선용적치료수단。
Objective　To study the combined therapy of left g astric artery chemoembolization and external irradiation for advanced cardia can ce r.Methods　The first step was superselective left gastric artery chemotherapy with CF300mg,5-Fu1000～1500mg,CDDP60～80mg,followed by emblizatio n with MMC lipidol suspension.After the chemoembolization, radiotherapy was carr i ed out.Results　The whole effective rate was 90.4%(CR 8 and PR 1 1),the six-month、one-year、three-year survival rate was 85.7%,52.3%,33.3%. respectively.Conclusions　The combinded therapy is effective on advance cardia cancer.
