The primary reason for medical dispute is medical defect. We used several steps to do with it: first, understand-ing the classification and manifestation of medical defect; second, discovery and assessment of medical defect; third, the manage-ment of medical defect. Instead of disposal, effective prevention is the goal of medical defect management and therefore medical defect can be managed correctly.
