齿轮动载荷系数是考虑齿轮传动产生的内部动载荷对齿轮承载能力影响的系数.根据国家标准,对工作在亚临界区的齿轮传动,采用一般方法计算了动载荷系数并与简化法计算的动载荷系数进行了对比.在分析影响动载荷因素的基础上,给出了采用一般方法确定动载荷系数的实用曲线和数据表,为设计人员合理确定动载荷系数提供了参考.

Dynamic factor of gear concern the effect of inner dynamic load generated by gear transmission on car-tying capacity. Dynamic factor is calculated by using common method while gear works within subcritical rotation speed. The dynamic factor is contrast with that of the simplified method. The practical curves and table are given to use general method to determine dynamic factor based on analysis of effecting factor on dynamic load. An academic re-ferrence is provided for designer reasonably to determine dynamic factor.
