利用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术对成都市长安垃圾场周围环境水质进行生态监测,测定各采样点水样的蚕豆根尖细胞微核千分率(MCN ‰)及污染指数(PI),并进行F检验.结果表明,各样点的MCN ‰有显著性差异,在9个采样点中有6个的PI在2以上,其中属重度污染区有2个,中度污染区有4个,和对照组相比差异非常显著(P<0.01),表明垃圾场周围环境受到了不同程度的污染.
利用蠶豆根尖細胞微覈技術對成都市長安垃圾場週圍環境水質進行生態鑑測,測定各採樣點水樣的蠶豆根尖細胞微覈韆分率(MCN ‰)及汙染指數(PI),併進行F檢驗.結果錶明,各樣點的MCN ‰有顯著性差異,在9箇採樣點中有6箇的PI在2以上,其中屬重度汙染區有2箇,中度汙染區有4箇,和對照組相比差異非常顯著(P<0.01),錶明垃圾場週圍環境受到瞭不同程度的汙染.
이용잠두근첨세포미핵기술대성도시장안랄급장주위배경수질진행생태감측,측정각채양점수양적잠두근첨세포미핵천분솔(MCN ‰)급오염지수(PI),병진행F검험.결과표명,각양점적MCN ‰유현저성차이,재9개채양점중유6개적PI재2이상,기중속중도오염구유2개,중도오염구유4개,화대조조상비차이비상현저(P<0.01),표명랄급장주위배경수도료불동정도적오염.
The micronucleus test of Vicia faba root tip cell was used to monitor landfill site of Chengdu the Chang An. The MCN ‰ and PI were determined and the F-test was used to evaluate the difference in MCN ‰ among different samples. The results showed significant difference among 9 samples in which the PI of 6 sites were over 2.Amongst all,Severe pollution sites were 2,middle pollution sites were 4. This suggested that the surroundings of the landfill site had been partly polluted to different degrees.
