提出了一个灵敏度高、选择性好的测定冬虫夏草及其代用品中主要活性成分虫草亲含量的LC/ESI-MS方法.用甲醇为提取溶剂,采用选择性离子检测(sIM)和电喷雾离子化(ESI);以ShimadzuVP-ODS为色谱柱;流动相为水-甲醇-甲酸(87:12:1),2-氯腺苷为内标.虫草素回归方程为y=0.1947x+0.00161,r=0.9992,线性范围0.4-120.0μg·mL~(-1),虫草素平均回收率为98.2%.该方法已成功用于不同产地冬虫夏草及其代用品中虫草素含量的分析,可用于冬虫夏草及其代用品的质量控制.

A highly sensitive and selective method for the determination of cordycepin in cordyceps sinensis and its substitutes by LC/ESI-MS was developed.The electro-spray ionization (ESI) interface and selective ion monitoring (SIM) mode were used.The analytical column was 2.0 × 150mm shimadzu VP-ODS column and the mobile phase was water (87%), methanol (12%) and formic acid (1%).Methanol was used as extract solution and 2-chloroadenosine was used as internal standard.The regression equations is y=0.1947x+0.00161 with r=0.9992.The liner range the determination of cordycepin in cordyceps sinensis and its substitutes.This method also can be applied for the quality control of cordyceps sinensis and its substitutes.
