研究无刷直流电机高精度稳速系统中的转速、电流双闭环控制技术,采用了锁相环(PLL)技术用于无刷直流电机转速控制中.根据数学模型推导出了锁相环的传递函数并建立了仿真模型.在Matlab7.0/Simulink环境下,搭建了无刷直流电机双闭环锁相稳速系统仿真模型进行仿真,得出了速度阶跃响应的相电流、反电势、转速响应曲线以及转速波动曲线.仿真结果验证了各环节数学模型的有效性,证明了锁相环控制是提高无刷直流电机转速稳定度的有效手段.

This paper studies on high accuracy constant-speed system of BLDCM,in which dual-loop of speed and current control is used.Isolated functional blocks,such as Phase-locked Loop(PLL)block,and BLDCM block was modeled in Matlab7.0/Simulink circumstance.Then,speed controller based on PLL was established and used in constant-speed system of BLDCM.The validity of the model has been proved by simulation results,and it also verifies that PLL control can improve the stability of motor speed control.
