目的 探讨血清CAl53、CAl25联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的价值.方法 采用电化学发光法分别检测乳腺癌、乳腺良性病患者、正常女性静脉血标本中血清CA153、CA125的含量.结果 乳腺癌组CAl53、CAl25的含量均显著高于正常对照组和乳腺良性疾病组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 血清CAl53、CAl25联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断有一定临床价值,可明显提高乳腺癌患者的检出率及敏感性.

목적 탐토혈청CAl53、CAl25연합검측재유선암진단중적개치.방법 채용전화학발광법분별검측유선암、유선량성병환자、정상녀성정맥혈표본중혈청CA153、CA125적함량.결과 유선암조CAl53、CAl25적함량균현저고우정상대조조화유선량성질병조,차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01).결론 혈청CAl53、CAl25연합검측대유선암적진단유일정림상개치,가명현제고유선암환자적검출솔급민감성.
Objective To evaluate the significance of combined detection of CA153 and CA125 in diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The levels of CA153 and CA125 in patients with breast cancer, breast benign diseases and normal women were detected by electrochemical methods. Results The levels of CA153 and CA125 in breast cancer was obviously higher than those in controls and group with breast behign diseases( P ＜0. 01). Conclusions It is significant to combined detection CA153 and CA125 in diagnosis of breast cancer, it can obviously improve the rate of detection and sensitivity.
