目的探讨真茵性非侵袭性蝶窦炎的诊断及治疗方法 .方法回顾性分析2005年3月至2008年11月诊治的16例经鼻内镜手术治疗的真菌性蝶窦炎患者的临床资料.结果 15例经一次手术痊愈,1例术后2个月因鼻腔粘连、窦口闭锁再次手术治疗,术后无一例发生严重并发症.术后随访5个月～4年,未再复发.结论非侵袭性真菌性蝶窦炎临床症状无特异性,鼻内镜和CT检查有助于术前诊断.局麻下鼻内镜手术治疗真菌性蝶窦炎是一种简便、安全、有效的方法 .

Objective To explore method of diagnosis and treantment of fungal sphenoid sinusi-tis.Methods Reviewed clinical datas of 16 fungal sphenoid sinusitis patients going through nasal endo-scope surgery.Rusults During 3 to 48 months following up, 15 patients were free from disease postoper-atively, 1 patient underwent reoperation because of recurrence sphenoid sinusitis osteoma in the case of concurrent two months after surgery to remove streptomyces.No serious complications occurred.Conclu-sions The clinical manifestation of fungal sphenoid sinusitis is not typical.Nasal endoscope and CT may be a suitable technique for the diagnosis.Transnasal-sphenoidal endoscopic fungal sphenoid sinusitis surgery under local anesthesia is a simple and safe, also an effective method.
