　　文章探讨了我国当前以奖惩性评价为主的高校教师评价体系及其不足，介绍了过程性评价体系及其基本特征，分析了过程性评价相对于奖惩性评价的优点所在，指出了在我国高等教育领域逐步实施过程性评价的必要性和可行性。

The article discussed the reward and punishment evaluation and its shortcomings of the college teacher evaluation system in current China to, introduced the system of process evaluation and its basic characteristics , analyzed the process of evaluation of advanta-ges compared to the reward and punishment evaluation and pointed out the necessity and feasibility of the gradual implementation of process evaluation in the higher education of China .
