采用激光光内送丝法并利用多道搭接熔覆技术,对20钢砂光机轧辊的凹坑缺陷进行修复,结果表明,修复后的轧辊其几何尺寸复原,添加材料的组织性能优于基体,二者的界面达到了良好的冶金结合,修复层与凹坑周围基体的残余应力很小,无几何变形.
採用激光光內送絲法併利用多道搭接鎔覆技術,對20鋼砂光機軋輥的凹坑缺陷進行脩複,結果錶明,脩複後的軋輥其幾何呎吋複原,添加材料的組織性能優于基體,二者的界麵達到瞭良好的冶金結閤,脩複層與凹坑週圍基體的殘餘應力很小,無幾何變形.

The surface dents of rolls made with 20 steel was modified by multi-track overlapping with laser cladding feeding power coaxially from the intern hollow space.The results show that,after repairings the shape of roller is resumed,the microstructure and properties of the added material are better than the base and metallurgical bond is obtained in the interface.The residual stress is very small and with little deformation around the surface dents.
