以磷肥生产废弃物氟硅酸制备氟化铵溶液时副产的白碳黑为原料,以铝矾土为铝源,制备了晶化导向剂,并采用水热法制备了4A分子筛.考察了晶化导向剂加入量、晶化时间和晶化温度对4A分子筛性能的影响.实验结果表明,当晶化导向剂的加入量为7%(质量分数)、晶化温度为80℃、晶化时间为2 h时,制备的4A分子筛的钙交换容量(以CaCO_3计)为336 mg/g,并采用X射线衍射仪和红外光谱仪对4A分子筛的结构进行了表征.
以燐肥生產廢棄物氟硅痠製備氟化銨溶液時副產的白碳黑為原料,以鋁礬土為鋁源,製備瞭晶化導嚮劑,併採用水熱法製備瞭4A分子篩.攷察瞭晶化導嚮劑加入量、晶化時間和晶化溫度對4A分子篩性能的影響.實驗結果錶明,噹晶化導嚮劑的加入量為7%(質量分數)、晶化溫度為80℃、晶化時間為2 h時,製備的4A分子篩的鈣交換容量(以CaCO_3計)為336 mg/g,併採用X射線衍射儀和紅外光譜儀對4A分子篩的結構進行瞭錶徵.

The white carbon black, by-product in the preparation of ammonium fluoride solution from phosphate fertilizer production waste fluorosilicic acid, was used as raw material, and bauxite was used as aluminum source, to prepare crystallization director and then to prepare 4A molecular sieve by hydrothermal synthetic method. The effects of crystallization director dosage, crystallization temperature and crystallization time on the capability of 4A molecular sieve were studied. The experimental results show that when the crystallization director dosage is 7% (mass fraction) , the crystallization temperature is 80 ℃, and the crystallization time is 2 h, the exchange capacity of the prepared 4A molecular sieve for calcium is 336 mg/g (calculated by CaCO_3). The structure of 4A molecular sieve was characterized by XRD and IR.
